Special Programmes
Special Education
Our Special Education staff works with students having learning difficulties. There is regular consultation with the Guidance Officer, District Disabilities Coordinator, Hearing Impairment Officer, parents and staff to ensure that the students' learning needs are being met.
Support can take the form of in class support or withdrawal to work on specific skills. Students who are identified as having a disability have Negotiated Education Plans implemented. These are reviewed yearly. The program is overseen by the Assistant Principal and all enquiries can be directed to her.
