Student

Leadership
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of the Site Learning Plan.
- Support all staff to implement DECD and school policies.
- Support the development and maintenance of a challenging and purposeful learning environment that encourages, supports and celebrates student and staff achievement.
- Create an environment where individual and team successes and effort are celebrated and acknowledged.
- Ensure a safe, effective and harassment free environment for students, parents and staff.
- Ensure that the positive well-being of the staff is considered as critical to the success of the learning programs they provide.
- Ensure the principles of equity and merit selection are adhered to.
- Manage the development and operation of the site's financial and administrative systems.
- Promote the school and further enhance links with all sectors of the community.
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
- Ensure that learning programs are consistent with the Curriculum Standards and Accountability Framework.
- Support a productive teaching and learning environment through the provision of appropriate performance development.
- Provide leadership, accurate information and advice to the Governing Council, Staff and students and ensure that the policies and programs developed in partnership with the community are implemented.
